Policies

When ordering you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • We ship goods via UPS Ground.
  • We package all items per accepted industry standards. Buyer agrees to inspect all orders immediately upon receiving them to check for any damage.
  • If there is any damage to any of the products in your order, please contact UPS within 48 hours to place a damage/shortage claim. Failing to do so waives your rights to a claim and constitutes acceptance in good condition.
  • Keep the shipping carton and all packaging material.
  • Sportbike Tire Service cannot initiate the claim with the shipping company, you must do this. Once you have a claim number call/email us to obtain a return authorization number.

When The Shipping Company settles the claim we will inform you and issue you a credit.


LIABILITY:

The use of products obtained from Sportbike Tire Service is at the sole discretion of the purchaser.
The purchaser of any product from Sportbike Tire Service releases Sportbike Tire Service from all liabilities as to the use of said products. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modification to any motorcycle may increase the risk of injury or accident and may also render the motorcycle illegal for public road use.

Note on listed prices: We make every effort to ensure that all of our listings are up to date. We are constantly checking and updating our website to bring you the best deals possible and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in the unlikely event a product is priced incorrectly.  Sportbike Tire Service is not obligated to sell items at mismarked prices.


WARRANTY:

NO WARRANTY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED is made on any products made or sold. All descriptions given function as a reference only and are not a guarantee. Sportbike Tire Service cannot assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor or other injury arising out of the use of any product manufactured or sold. Sportbike Tire Service shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products. By purchasing or installing the product, the purchaser agrees to all of these terms.

For further warranty information, please see further documentation from the manufacturer of your product. All product warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Sportbiketireservice.com will assist you with any warranty claim to the best of its ability as customer service is our top priority.


RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Tire sales are final and any exchanges are at the sole discretion of Sportbike Tire Service. Any returns for store credit will not be subject to a restocking fee.  They will, however, be less shipping spent to get the item to the customer and return shipping is 100% the responsibility of the customer. If a tire has been mounted, you own it and it is not returnable, period.
