On the product page, use the drop down to choose your sizes/options, and then simply click on the “Add to Cart” button on the product’s page. When you are ready to check out, follow the instructions on the page making sure to fill out all forms completely to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once we receive your order, it is our goal to ship within 1 – 2 business days via UPS ground. We ship only to the continental United States.
